  • I have less hair on the upper side of my forehead, the parting area. Do you have a patch to cover?

    Yes, we have a wide variety of hair toppers available with us.


  • Will it be easy to comb and wash hair?

    Yes, it's easy to comb and wash your hair. Use a loop brush instead of a normal comb and for washing use a sulphate-free shampoo.


  • I have so much dry rough and damaged hair so can I use permanent extensions?

    It would be great if you could DM us some of your hair images so that we can guide you :)


  • If I order online, what if it doesn't suit or mix with my original hair ?"

    Please take an online consultation before ordering. The color can be exchanged if still it doesn't match.


  • If I have thin hair at the top of my head then can I go for permanent hair extensions for that?

    Permanent extensions are not for crown area. You must use a hair topper.


  • What are Clip-In extensions?

  • Can I curl and straighten them?

    Yes! They are made up of 100% natural Remy hair, so they can be styled using hot tools. We recommend using a heat protectant and a low heat setting to preserve the quality of the extensions.


  • How do I choose the right color?

    We're here to help! DM us with a recent selfie in natural lighting where we can see your hair from top to bottom. We'll be happy to help you find your perfect match ♡


  • Will my hair extensions be obvious to others?

    No! Once clipped in properly, they are virtually undetectable 😉


  • Can I dye my extensions?

    Yes, you can !! We recommend taking your set to a hair colorist who has had experience working with clip-ins. We do not recommend bleaching your set, as this can damage the quality of the hair.


  • Is it possible for the halo extensions to slip/fall off ?

    No! When applied correctly it will not fall off. After you apply the halo and secure the two clips at the back, the weight of your hair will also help keep it in place. Whip your hair back and forth with no worries.


  • How often should I wash my extensions?

    As a general rule, the less you wash your extensions the longer they will last! So only wash your extensions when you notice product build-up or once a month.

  • Can I wear them if I have short hair?

    Yes, Clip-In hair extensions are a great way to achieve longer hair. We recommend that your hair be at least 6 - 7 inches in length to clip in hair extensions to blend naturally.


  • How do I apply them? Are they easy to use?

    Yes, with some practice, you can easily apply your extensions yourself in just a few minutes.


  • How long do they last?

    The life span will depend on how well you care for them, and how often you wear them.


  • Do you have to wash them before wearing them for the first time?

    Nope! They are ready to wear straight out of the package. In fact the less you wash them, the longer they'll last. You only need to wash them when there is too much product buildup ( hair spray) for eg.


  • Will they feel heavy in my hair?

    If you're a first-timer user, clip-in extensions may take some time to get used to and they may initially feel heavier than usual ( obviously because we're adding more hair ) but after time and wear you will get used to the weight. Our extensions don't hurt or damage your hair when worn.


  • Is the hair real?

    Yes, our extensions are made up of 100% natural Remy human hair. Remy hair is the highest grade of real, human hair, which is the preferred choice for hair extensions because it achieves the most natural look and can be styled and washed just like your own hair.


  • Will they be noticeable in my hair?

    No! As long as they are clipped in properly, they are undetectable. The base of each weft is thin and flat, and all the clips have a silicone grip that helps them stay in place. Each weft is clipped in between layers of your hair for a natural and seamless blend.


  • Will they damage my hair?

    No! Clip-in hair extensions are the safest method on the market today because it's a temporary solution to a longer and fuller look. All you have to do is clip our extensions onto the roots of your hair and easily remove them after each use.
